FM500EX is designed in petrochemical, natural gas, dry gas and compressed gas, generator cooling hydrogen, transformers and high voltage switch insulation gas, welding gas and oxygen for ships and aviation industrial and so on .
FM500EX is a new product for the accurate measurement of temperature and dew point in an explosive environment, calibrated to international standards. The controller is robust aluminum material with display . With a solid stainless steel probe, the probe can be used in Zone 0/20. Transmitter certification area is 1/21 area, with electrical isolation of the intelligent design, No need explosion - proof power supply.
Sensor performance:
When the ambient humidity increases or decreases, the sensor film polymer can absorb or release water vapor. The dielectric properties of the film polymer vary with the change in the moisture around the sensor, and the sensor capacitance changes. capacitors can be converted to dew point readings.
Sidph calibration feature optimizes the low dew point measurement stability. During the programmed calibration process, the sensor is heated periodically, and the sensor is cooled to ambient temperature to measure the temperature and humidity , compensation to any possible zero drift .This feature allows the sensor to obtain accurate measurement data for a long time, greatly reducing maintenance requirements.
Application:
Sidph dew point meter is used in the field of industrial dew point measurement where the conventional gas humidity is extremely low. Dew point is usually a key parameter, control deviation will lead to production shut down, damage to equipment and product quality decline.
Dew point data are measured in a variety of drying and heat treatment processes. In compressed air applications. too large humidity will lead to poor product quality, freezing and equipment corrosion problems. Other applications include medical gas, lithium battery production and electricity industrial .
Calibration service:
SIDPH offers calibration services for all of its sensors. We have service projects in China and many other Asian countries. Please contact our service center if you need it. The dew point calibration service is completed at the SIDPH test and calibration laboratory in Shanghai. For other instrumentation calibration services we have a corresponding agreement in China and Germany. Calibrated to International Standards.
