APPLICATION MEDIUM TURBINE FLOW METER
Turbine flow meter is a kind of speed-type flow meter ,
Used to measure the volume and accumulative flow rate for low viscosity , non-corrosive, clean liquid in closed pipes.
Can be extensive applied to petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, organic liquids, inorganic liquids, liquefied gases, Urban gas pipe network, pharmaceuticals, food, paper making and other industries. Water, oil, diesel and other liquids especially.
NOTES ON INSTALLATION AND USING OF TURBINE FLOW METER
1)The instrument installation adopts flange connection, thread connection and clamping type.
2) The liquid flow direction should be the same with the direction indicating arrow on the sensor shell.
And the length of upstream straight pipe should ≥ 20DS, and the length of downstream straight pipe should ≥ 5DS
(DS is the measured inner diameter of the measured pipe).
3) in order not to affect the normal transport of liquids during maintenance, should Install bypass pipes outside the straight section at both ends of the sensor. ( this is just for some certain business circumstance , choose according to your actual situation . )
4) when there is a strong electromagnetic interference around, must be equipped with a custom Blockers.
Main Features
1. Liquid turbine flowmeter range is wide, large diameter o up to 1:20, small diameter is 1:10.
2. The structure is compact and light, easy installation and maintenance, large flow capacity.
3. Good repeatability, high precision, regular calibration can obtain 0.05-0.2% precision.
4. For the high pressure measurement, the instrument body without holes, easily made high pressure type instrument.
5. High accuracy : General up to 1%R, can reach 0.5%R. The high precision with 0.2%R can be customized specially.
6. Liquid turbine flow meter can be made into Plug-in type,suitable for large dia. measurement, small pressure loss, low price.
7. Frequency signal pulse input, used to measure the amount and connecting with computer, no zero drift, strong anti-interference ability.
