Feature & application

 1. pp multifilament spinning machine is used for making fdy pp multifilament yarn , widely used in knitted webbing/ belt/ rope/ sewing twine/ filter cloth/ twisted rope/ braided rope/ decoration rope/ core-spun cord  etc .

2.pp multifilament spinning machine is equipped with good quality screw, four groups godgets including heat frame to higher the tenacity. the machine applied on the products includes drawing and intermingling of yarn in one step.

3.polypropylene yarn spinning machine could do 300-3000D yarn, high tenacity couls be upto 7g/d

4. high output, high speed to 2200rpm , different pos and heads to meet client's request.

Chips→ extruder→ extruding head →melt pipe with static mixer→ spinning beam with oil heating →quenching delay→ quenching chamber → oiling system → feeding roller →migration nozzle→ four pairs of hot godet→ inter lacing jets→ take-up winder →final product
