FB400 Highly Maneuverable Building Glass Sucker Lifter Machine For Unloading Glass Indoors
This model Vacuum Glass Lifter is designed to assist glass workers to unload, rotate and transport large plates of glass in shop. It has a lifting capacity of 400 kgs. It can rotated glass measuring up to 180". The bull has a 24 volt battery powered vacuum pump.
It can rotate glass 360 degrees allowing long and heavy sheets of glass to be loaded onto an edging machine/vertical glass washer.
It will allow one or two people to do what use to require four to six people in the past with greater safety. This is perfect for setting IG's into window frames to create a perfect seal.
The vacuum lifter is equipped with digital display which can show the Volt,battery use capability and working hour,and it can automatically show each unit in a cycle.
Battery indicator have automatic low volt/low electricity alarm so as to let worker note it need to charge the battery or not and it can avoid any mistake operation such as power cut, glass falling off.
Perfect vacuum holding pressure system: 4-5 seconds sucking working time,40--50 minutes automatic holding pressure time,one time start,forever time use.Automatically charge pressure instantly if the sucking pressure become low.
