Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a manufacturer. Currently, we have 6 factories in North, Central and South region of Vietnam.
Q: What is the duration to deliver the product?
A: Generally it is 10-15 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 20-25 days if the goods are not in stock. Otherwise, it is according to the quantity requested.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but receivers will need pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T 30% deposit then 70% before shipment or L/C at sight
Q: How can you ensure your quality?
A: Our material is certificated by ISO9001 standard. We apply a rigorous control process for all products. For every shipment, we will issue quality assurance certificate.
