PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Conveyor impact rollers, also known as shock absorbing rollers or buffer roller, it is mainly used at the receiving point of the belt conveyor to reduce the impact of the falling material on the conveyor belt. The impact rollers can be divided into rubber lined impact rollers, rubber rings impact rollers, rubber coated impact rollers as per different application environments.

2. Longer Service Life - 5 times service life that of traditional steel rollers;
3. Light Weight and Low Rotation Inertia - reduced the friction coefficient between the roller and the belt;
4. Extended the Life of the Conveyor Belt – installed under the material receiving section of the conveyor to reduce the impact of the material on the conveyor belt during blanking, and to extend the service life of the conveyor belt
5. Suitable for Corrosive Working Environment - high wear resistance, better self-lubricating property, super corrosion resistance, 5 times service life than that ordinary steel rollers used in corrosive worksite.
