Product introduction
Expanded microspheres (also known as expanded microspheres) are shells made from high molecular weight polymers (acrylonitrile copolymers) with internal hydrocarbons, heated, shell softened, and hydrocarbon compounds.
Characteristic and superiority
If heating is continued, the shell continues to expand causing the shell wall to continue to thin. When the shell wall tension is insufficient to offset the gas pressure, gas will diffuse through the shell wall to the outside of the shell, causing the internal pressure to rapidly decrease, resulting in microcapsules back Shrink.
Application
Widely used in shoe materials, plastics, printing textiles, Spring Festival, artificial flowers and other handicrafts,epoxy, rubber, polyurethane, rubber, fiber optic cable, casting products and other fields. With three-dimensional effects, special feel, reduced specific gravity, increased elasticity, improved processing performance, insulation and other characteristics.
