Polytetrafluoroethylene raw material belt (PTFE raw material belt) is the residual deformation produced by resin under the action of compressive force. The bar or strip is made by push molding method, and then it is rolled on the roller press. Polytetrafluoroethylene raw material belt (PTFE raw material belt) is an excellent sealing material with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. It can be used as sealing material for water pipes, corrosive fluid transmission pipes and steam pipeline joints.
Characteristic:
Insulation: not affected by environment and frequency, volume resistance can reach 1018 ohm · cm, small dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage.
High and low temperature resistance: little change in temperature, wide temperature range, usable temperature-190 ~ 260 ℃.
Self lubricity: with the smallest friction coefficient in plastics, it is an ideal oil-free lubricating material.
Surface inviscid: known solid materials can not adhere to the surface. It is a solid material with the smallest surface energy.
Atmospheric aging resistance, radiation resistance and low permeability: the surface and properties remain unchanged after long-term exposure to the atmosphere.
Incombustibility: the oxygen limiting index is below 90.
Application scope:
It is widely used for thread sealing and locking of industrial and civil pipelines such as fire fighting, shipbuilding, natural gas, tap water, instrument, air conditioning, gas pipe, oil pipe and hydraulic pipe.
