Q1. What is your MOQ?
If we have existing products in warehouse, just one piece we also can sell. If you want to customize
products, we will estimate according to your detial requirement. If you just want to make logo on the products we have, then MOQ
is 300-500pcs. If you have your own 3D design, we will ask mold making factory to calculate mold cost then confirm the MOQ.
Q2. Can I get sample?
Yes, sample cost will be charge according to the products unit price, sometimes we will offer free sample. If to
customize sample, we will charge. But don't worried, we will return sample cost once you place order.
Q3. How to customize your
products?
We have our own professional designers,So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or
printing screen for you.
Q4. How do we pack the products? Normally our free packing is opp bag, but if you want to customized
packing, we can offer gift box, PVC box and etc. Pls offer your packing design then we will arrange.
Q5. How long is the sample
LEAD TIME? For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs
whether they need new printing screen, etc. Customized design we will confirm according to your detail design.
Q6. How long is the
production lead time? It takes 10-12 days for MOQ.
Q7. How much is the freight charge? To save cost for you and in order that you
can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity. For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. We
will ask our shipping agent to offer different shipping options for you to choose. You can also ask your shipping agent to pick
the products from our factory.
Q8. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design? We have our own professional
designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
Q9. How about
the payment term? Sample cost you can pay via paypal or trade assurance. Large order pay via alibaba to make your money is safe.
