HUITONG Machinery Bushing
HUITONG Bushing is a series of high-quaity and high-tech products applied in constructional machinery extensively, which has below characteristics:
1. Never stick the matched pins, reduce repairing requirement.
Is made of special ally materials. Can protect the matched pins because of its self-lubrication so as to reduce repairs.
2. Self-lubrication, maintenance free.
The bushings contain special oil internally and are able to lubricate themselves for a long time.( Oil containing can be verified by heating with a cigaret lit or blowing with a air gun.)
The interval of greasing might reach to 500 working hours (vary with the actual working environemnt and application positions).
3. Excellent wearability, long lifetime
a. Lifetime of using in the joint of excavator's arm and bucket: 5000 working hours and plus (statistics from mines).
b. Lifetime of using in the other positions in excavators: 10000 ~ 25000 working hours (statistics from mines).
4. Save cost, creat profit.
