Q1:How would I use the ink well like how would I fill the pen up with ink?

A1:You dip the nib into the ink, the ink clings to it and fills a small reservoir about halfway up the nib. You write until the ink is depleted. Repeat. A typical fountain pen has an ink cartridge that is pierced by the head of the pen and a constant flow of ink happens, controlled mostly by the pressure placed on the pen. The quill is an elegant instrument, albeit terribly inefficient and requiring some skill to properly operate. Think of it more like a paint brush than a pen.

Q2:What is your OEM service procedure?
A2:1. Confirm the artwork from customer and modify to fit produce
2. Making counter samples within 7-10 days.(sample fee required and will back after order)
3. After confirm the quality and price of the samples, packing details and start mass production.
4. Confirm the shipment detail of produces and ship the cargo after inspection.

Q3:Where are the feathers sourced from?
A3: The feathers used for these quills are those that have fallen off naturally. No animals are harmed/hunted during production 

Q4:How do I change out the nibs?Is it in there too tight to just pull on it?
A4:First, warm your hands (old fashioned way of blowing warm air into your cupped hands) and then hold on to nib end to get it warm. Next, get a damp paper towel or a rubbery hand grip and grab the nib and pull firmly. After you do this changing nibs will be easy. Write back if you need any further assistance.
