A: Windpapa will pack lighter in good quality standard gift boxs. Also  packing/package/sticker/labels reference is supported.

4.Q : What's your warranty policy ?

 A: Windpapa offers 13 Months warranty. 

5.Q: What's your MOQ for branding required ?
A : 2000pcs, including logos on lighter,user manual, packing box or even carton box.

6. Q : Does your company only deal with lighters ?
A : We have hardware and plastic mould machine, we can open mould for a new product for customers. Windpapa is solely focusing on smokeing tool and gifts, already in this business for over 8 years in both design and production.

7.What's the lead time for production ?
A : Lead time is 15 days after Windpapa confirm the downpayment for massive produced product.

8.What's the payment terms ?
A : Windpapa prefers 40% downpayment and 60% balance after clients' quality checking.

9.Could you do ODM project? How long would it take approximately?
A : Absolutely, Windpapa has its own ID,MD team to offer design and open mould, produce new product for ODM Project. Normally, a ODM project should be finalized within 1.5 month.
