Ethylene bis stearamide (EBS) plastic

EBS principle:

1. Because EBS molecule has polar amide group, it has processing lubrication and low temperature anti-sticking effect on polymer resin. EBS can insert into polymer resin and reduce the interaction between resin molecules.

2. EBS has limited compatibility with resin. It can be drawn from the inside of resin to the surface, which reduces the friction between resin particles, resin melt and processing equipment, prevents it from adhering to the metal surface and plays an external lubrication role.

EBS can be used as lubricant in plastic processing to improve the quality and appearance of plastic products.

Plastic
As internal and external slippers in many thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics, the most representative ones are ABS, PS, AS, PVC, PE, PP, PVAC, cellulose acetate (Acctate), nylon (Nylon), phenolic resin (pheonolic-Resin), amino plastics and so on. They have good smoothness and defilm properties.
In thermoplastic PU injection molding, the additive also acts as an internal defilm agent with the addition of 0.1-1%.
As a polyformaldehyde lubricant, the addition of 0.5% can increase the melt flow rate and improve the defilm property.
