Centrifuge Extaction Machine is top discharging, hermetic closure type equipment. The material is fed into the drum through the feeding pipe on the hermetic closure casing; under the action of the centrifuge force field, the liquid-phase passes through the filter medium and the discharged out of the machine, while the solid-phase material is retained inside the drum and, after the machine is stopped, the material is discharged from the top. The centrifuge has such features as smooth running, easy & convenient operation as well as conducting feeding, washing and dehydrating under the state of hermetic closure, etc.

Process Overview:
* Operator fills filter bag with milled plant material and places it into the machine.
* Then flooded the centrifuge, and bi-directionally agitated for full target compound removal.
* After washing, the plant material undergoes a high speed spin dry to remove the liquid as much as possible.
* The alcohol wash is then collected to containers for further processing.

Product process
1.Open the centrifuge lid, put the filter bag with hemp leaves into the centrifuge, close the lid, lock tightly, and start the centrifuge.
2.Open all the condensation valve, nitrogen valve and feed valve. The nitrogen valve is protected by nitrogen filling. When it reaches a certain time, it will automatically close.
3.The feeding valve is filled with alcohol for invasion, and when it reaches a certain time, will automatically close.
4.The condensing valve started to invasion. At this time, the centrifuge starts to rotate forward & backward, soaked hemp biomass.
5.When the set invasion time is reached, the liquid discharge valve will be automatically opened to discharge the alcohol from the centrifuge drum. After the set value is reached, the liquid level monitor monitors the height of the alcohol in the centrifuge. When the set value is reached, the centrifuge performs high-speed dehydration until it is dry, and the entire workflow ends.
