Application: particularly suitable for sealing flat surfaces of heat exchanges, gas pipes, cast iron flanges, cylinder heads of engines as well as for boilers and other vessels.

By their sealing efficiently, provided by exerting strong pressure on circular rimes of the flanges, metal jacketed shim can stand up to 30% deviation from the initial thickness, which is very useful in case of irregular or faulty flange rims. The chemical compatibility of the metal and the medium being sealed should be considered.

3,Smallest open hole is Ø 0.1mm.

4,Smallest line width is 0.025mm.

5,Product precision is ± 0.01mm (common difference). It’s generally 20% of material thickness

Feeding--etching1 --etching 2-- recycle water washing→urban water washing→bolt up→check→soak→spraying stripping → recycle water washing→urban water washing→bolt up→hot air drying→ discharge
