Q1:What's your best price ?
A: Our competitive pricing is based on your specifications and quantity.
Q2:What's your terms of payment?
A : 30% deposit, and 70% on completion before delivery. We provide photos of the completed products, balance is transferred and then express shipping is arranged to the required location worldwide. You are welcome to visit our offices on completion to inspect the products, in this case we are happy to help arrange your trip.
Q3:What are your terms for packaging?
A: One watch per bubble bag, packaged securely in one outer carton.
Q4. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, each product is strictly controlled by our experienced quality control team.
Q5. What are your terms for delivery?
A: FOB Shenzhen / FOB HK, or as per your requirement.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: This depends on your requirements,generally we advise anywhere from 45 to 60 days. For a more specific timeline we are happy to work together with you so you have a clear idea of when to expect the products. We understand this is very important.
Q7. Can you manufacture according to a sample?
A: Yes, we can manufacture according to samples or technical drawings. We can make custom molds and fixtures or you can use existing catalogue molds.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: Our policy is full payment in one time for the sample.But the sample money will be return to you when the bulk order confirm.
Q9. Can we print our own logo?
A: Yes,upon instruction we can use your exising logo or we can customize a logo/color/brand according to your requirements.
Q10.What is your Warranty policy?
A:All watches are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.If watches have any issues within this period,reach out to our team and we can help to get it.The warranty does not cover damage from misuse.
