Widely used in lighting modules, display screens, soft and hard light strips, fluorescent lamps, wall washers, waterproof power supplies, resistors, capacitors and other products.
Features:
1. Powerful electronic control system: PLC, control panel, electronic components, wiring, dustproof and anti-static system are designed with CE standards.
2. Equiped with high-precision pump which can make the dispensing process more accurate.
3. Multiple filtration system: from the barrel to the dispensing valve, all equiped with multiple filtration layers to prevent impurities entering into the barrel.
4. Optional heating system, which allows the equipment working at low temperature environment.
5. Glue low amount alarming system: It can prevent the lack of glue in time.
6. Automatic cleaning system: The machine adopts the liquid separation and packing method, which only mixes at the rubber head, and automatically cleans after use, which is quick and convenient to operate.
7. Fully automatic operation, can store up to 10 sets of parameters.
8.Glue head: 1-6 heads (6-12 heads)
9.Tracks: points, lines, circles, arcs, curves, etc.
10.Proportion: 100:100-100:10 (or specify other ratios)
11.Glue: silica gel, epoxy resin, polyurethane, PU glue, AB glue, etc.

13:No screw pumps,we have other types which have the screw pumps ,you can choose based on your glue. The glue with impurity needs the screw pump.
