Made up of epoxy resin and electronic glass fiber glass cloth,by baking and heat pressing.
Regarding processing technic, it is superior to other resinous glass fibre cloth substrate such as 3240 Fiberglass epoxy sheet, and thus more expensive than 3240 epoxy sheet.
This product is mainly used for the base board of the Copper Clad Laminate.
