Product introduction

This product is A two-component room temperature curing epoxy resin adhesive. Group A is divided into gray, green or blue liquid (color can be adjusted) and group B is divided into light yellow transparent liquid.This product is extremely convenient to use. Mix and stir the glue according to A:B= 100:25, and then apply it on the floor surface with roller or brush (or self-leveling). It can be cured at room temperature.This product has good fluidity, good permeability, strong hiding power, high strength of solidified materials, strong adhesion, good durability, non-toxic and harmless, and can be applied to garage, workshop, office and other floor coating.

Usage and points for attention

1.Clean floor surface (polish, remove oil and dust) to improve sealing quality and bonding strength;

2.Calculation amount of glue: according to the length, width and glue thickness of the floor, the amount of glue needed is preliminarily calculated, the method is: M (g) = length (cm) * width (cm) * glue thickness (cm) *1.5g/cm3, the quantity obtained is the initial weight of glue needed, and the unit is "g".

3.Mixing container: for batch use, pour the curing agent B directly into the drum of component A, and then mix it mechanically.Use a small amount of available plastic containers as mixing cups, do not use glass containers or metal containers, the use of mixing tools should be cleaned in a timely manner, when cleaning alcohol or acetone can be used as cleaning solvent;

4.Weighing: put the mixing cup on the electronic scale, clear and peel it, then pour in the required amount of component A, clear and zero after recording the data, and then add component B (1/4 of the weight of component A) in proportion to record the data. 

5.Stirring: a small amount of repairing can be done by hand (less than 200g). During manual stirring, stir along the side wall of the cup, and scrape the glue on the side wall of the cup at any time. The stirring rod should always stand against the bottom of the mixing cup to prevent the colloid of these three parts from fully mixing the curing agent.Stirring time is 3 minutes.Batch operations must be mechanical stirring - it is recommended to use hand drill and bench drill to install the stirring rod for mixing and stirring. The mixing head should be placed slightly below the mixing center, about half to two-thirds of the depth below the liquid level, and the stirring time should be about 3 minutes.

6.Mix A and B in strict accordance with A: B = 100:25, stir well, and seal them within the operable time range;

7.Clean up: if the glue is not careful to spill, should be in the rubber table before drying with a cloth to wipe directly, or dipped in alcohol can be wiped.High requirements of the environment wipe cloth should be selected dust - free cloth.

8.This product does not contain organic solvents, the production environment ventilation capacity requirements are general;Very few production personnel may have allergic reaction to epoxy resin, should take appropriate protective measures, such as wearing protective glasses;

9.Construction: clear the concrete floor (if the ground is not smooth need to repair smooth, can not have dust, oil stains, etc.), and then with a trowel on glue.

Storage and transportation

1.Component A is stored at room temperature with A shelf life of 1 year;Component B is sealed against light and moisture, with a shelf life of 6 months;
