Description
EPOX FL 500 is an epoxy resin based, two component, solvent-free paint for floor and wall.

Application Procedure
Preparation of Substrate
The application surface must be durable, fully cured, sound, dry, clean and cleaned off from all contaminant, rust, oil, dust etc. Application surface must be scraped to be ready for application. Surface must be primed before the application with EPOX PR 100 epoxy primers. If needed, the surface should be graded with EPOX 310 repair mortar.
Application Method
A and B components must be stirred under low speed mixture during 2-3 minutes until homogenous mixture is obtained.
Prepared mixture can be applied on the primed surface by using roller or spray machine as two-three layers. Surface must be protected from water and rain during 24 hours after application. During the application and surface temperature must be between +10°C to +30°C. In rainy and windy days, material must not be applied.
Consumption
200 – 500 g/m2 for each layer.

A component: 26 kg + B component: 4 kg = 30 kg set
Shelf Life
12 months in original, unopened package.
Storage
Store in dry area between +10°C and +30°C. Protect from heat, freezing and direct sunlight.
