Epoxy Conductive adhesive DT1204 is composed of matrix resin, curing agent and conductive filler which effectively bonded substrate materials can be cured at a certain temperature or after drying, special adhesive and conductive properties.
Silver is a metal with good conductivity and thermal conductivity at room temperature. It has a stable chemical property and is not easily oxidized. Even though it is oxidized, the oxide film on the surface of the surface can also conduct electricity. Silver conductive adhesive is widely used in IC bonding, LED, digital tube, chip components, quartz resonators, integrated circuits, light-emitting diodes, fluorescent displays, liquid crystal conductive connections and electromagnetic shielding protection.

Notice of Usage and Storage
1. Store temperature is suggested -10℃~ -30℃. Shelf life for this product is 6 months from date of qualification
under original seal.
2. In order to avoid affected by moisture after taking out the refrigerator, the product should be placed at room
temperature for 1 hour, and open the bottle cap when it is back to room temperature.
3. The product should be fully stirred well before use, and eliminate air bubbles.
4. This product exists as paste material, and the surface is easy to dry due to solvent evaporation. Therefore, after
opening, it is suggested that shorten the time of exposure in the air as far as possible. After opening, it is
suggested finished the adhesive as soon as possible within 3 days.
5. The adhesive could be diluted by glycol ether or any other organic solvent which can dissolve epoxy resin.
6. If too many curing parts inside the oven at a time, it will easy to cause the oven temperature distribution
increases. We should extend the curing time, and determine the best curing conditions through the experiment.
Production Flowchart
Normally the typical steps for the electronic paste manufacturing is as below.
1) Raw materials inspection(mainly Ag and Al metal powder); 2) Materials adjust mixed and dispersion; 3) Rolled pulp; 4) Vacuumize; 5) Function Test(including Viscosity, fineness, conductivity, adhesion, solderability, etc.); 6) Package.

LEED-INK has been devoted us to development and manufacturing of electronic paste for more than 15 years.
We have more than 1000 square meters constant temperature and humidity clean production workshop with grade 100,000 degrees, and professional electrical testing laboratory. We have strict production environment monitoring system.
With more than 30 skilled workers, including 10 workers skilled in printing equipment and processing operation, which enables to meet the customized requirement from customers.
Our current electronic paste product capacity is 300 tons/month, and estimated capacity in this year is 350 tons/month.
Quality Control
LEED-INK won ISO9001 and ISO14001quality and environment system certification, and all our products are tested with 3 inspection steps before delivery including self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection. We have a sound production management, process management and quality assurance capabilities.
We have advanced test equipments such as paste printing machines, infrared drying furnace、DESPATCH firing furnace, and solar cell monomer tester, laser etching machine, laser particle size tester, tensile tester, etc.
Every batch of paste will be test before delivery by simulating customer’s application, to form the same quality test standard with customers.

Q6. What’s your MOQ?
Mostly our MOQ is 1kg, while sometimes we accept less quantity like 200g on the condition that
a sample charge is 100% paid.
Q7. How about the delivery time?
Normally, for sample order, our delivery is within 5 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is within 7 days. But that depends on the real condition
when we get your order.
Q8. Can I get a sample?
Yes, sample is available.
If noble metal such as Ag, Pd included, and the material cost is already high, we do not offer free samples.
Q9. What payment terms is acceptable to you?
