Q4: How to check the quality of the bulk order?
A1: We provide samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
A2: We accept third party inspection such as SGS, TUV, INTERTEK, BV, etc.

Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q6. Are able to export to Europe, The USA, Canada, Russia, Australia……?
A: Yes, we have customers from Germany, France, UK, Finland and Australia……

Q7: How to select the raw compound for my application?
A: Please let us know the media in which your sealing parts will be exposed to so that we can confirm the appropriate material that is most suitable and economical for your use.

Q8. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A: Average lead time for produced moulds is 10 days.For custom products, average lead time is 2-3 weeks.

Q9: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.

Q10: How many shifts per day in the factory?
A: Working day is from Monday to Saturday. Two shifts per day, 8 hours per shift.
