1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company ?
We are a factory in China which provides a full spectrum of services including fabric manufacturing, textile design, product
development and scale-up.
2. What's your usual payment term?
T/T, L/C, paypal, West Union, etc.
3. What is your sample policy?
Normally we charge 3-5 times of sample making cost. And sample fee will return to you when order is placed.
After your first order, you will get the free sample from us.
4. What kinds of logo you could make?
We use various printing methods such as screen printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing, embroidery, rubber label, metal plate logo, woven label, etc
Kindly send us your logo with AI or PDF format, and advise Pantone color number. We will arrange the sample making for your approval based on your requirement.
5. Are your materials from local or abroad?
Some of our materials are from our parent company Fujian Baichuan. Some are from Zhejiang, Guangdong or Taiwan.
6. How can we know our order progress?
To make sure the cargo quality, our quality control team will follow and inspect during the whole production from raw material to cutting, logo making, sewing, semi-finished products, finished products, packing and loading. Meanwhile, we will keep you updates with detail of each step.
7. What kind of packaging do you offer?
Normally,1pc in a polybag, suitable quantity in a master carton.
Also we can offer pvc packing or color box packing.
8. How long does it take for samples and mass production?
It takes 3-7 days for the samples and 30-45 days for the bulk production
9. What's your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 500-2000pcs based on your items and requirements.
