Production Application:
The pelletizing system combines function of crushing, compacting, plasticization and pelletizing into on line, applied in the plastic recycling and pelletizing process. it is reliable and efficiency solution for film, raffia,filament,bags,woven bags and foaming materials re-pelletizing. Material: PP/PE film, shopping and woven bags, waste fiber. At the same time, it can also plasticize and granulate the crushed hard plastics. Like PP/ PE bottle flakes, Electrical enclosure flakes, Injection molding waste flakes....etc.
Process Flow:
Conveyor belt → Semi automatic metal detector → Compactor force feeder → First stage extruder → Hydraulic screen changer → Second stage extruder → Hydraulic changer and Die head→ Die face cutting system(vertical or horizontal) → Water cooling tank → Centrifugal dewatering machine → Vibrator screen machine → Air conveyor & Storage silo
