HGM ultrafine illite clay grinding mill has been widely used for grinding materials with hardness less than 9 in Moh's scale and humidity less than 6 percent such as kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, barite, gypsum, dolomite, bentonite mud, mica, pyrophyllite, sepiolite, carbon black, diatomite, graphite, alunite, fluorite, potassium feldspar, phosphorite, pigment, up to 200 kinds.
HGM micro powder grinding mill is which is widely applied in the industries of metallurgy, mining, chemistry, cement, construction, refractory materials, ceramics, and so on.
HGM ultrafine grinding mill mainly consist of main unit, classifier, powder collector, dust cleaner, blower, muffler, sound-proof room, crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, and vibrating feeder.
After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, and then evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by vibrating feeder and sloping feeding pipe.
When the ultrafine grinding mill is at work, the main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor through reducer, and all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driving by dial through plunger. The materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by the centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers.
The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor to get finished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from muffler in the end.

Take model HGM100L as an example
One set HGM100L micro powder mill installation cover 92 square meter space, 9 meter height . Total production line need 2-3 workers, one for raw material feeding , one for operation and maintenance , the last one for final packing .
Total line machine is closed system ,the bag filters has passed CE&ISO certificate , our bag filter is pulse off-line type, which has many boxes working one by one , you can control the working time lag, when next one working , this worked one can have time to clean itself. By the way, we suggest clients install crushing line outside of factory , because crushing part surely have dust out .
Our wearing parts made by wear-resisting alloy steel, which is designed by our technical department with Bao Group together. The normal wearing parts includes ring, roller, turn plate and shaft pin , normally for grinding calcium carbonate, 10 hours /day, 30days/month, they can work 18-24 months.
Total production line controlled by PLC (Siemens) brand with KTP touch screen ,which can make one key start and stop . So you no need worry about starting and stopping steps mistakes.
Also, once the hopper has no material for feeding main unit, then main unit will stop automaticly .
Once installation finished, you can store at least four setting data inside PLC soft , for example, you can set 325 mesh, 800 mesh, 1250 mesh and 2500 mesh , once you changing producing between these size , you can only set one key to transfer the producing size , which has made the operation steps very easy to accept .
Each bearing are using a No. 1 MOS2 grease or ZM - 2 sodium grease lubrication, roller bearing refueling once every two classes, the host bearing refueling once every four classes, blower bearings refueling once every month. Bearing temperature rise to a maximum of 70 degrees Celsius, was found to be breaking the bearing overheated bearings and bearing chamber cleaning accessories such as cleaning once.

1. Quality control
All the equipment offered by Shanghai Clirik Machinery Co., Ltd. are produced by China national standard drawings, nonstandard equipment will be produced by the drawings confirmed by clients. Clirik Machinery strictly follows ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management system. Most equipment will be test for at least 8 hours in the factory before delivery. There is record in computer for each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it is necessary.
2. Way of payment
