3. Q: What is your payment method?
A: We accept 100% T/T in advance ,50% T/T deposit and 50% balance against Bulk Goods Pictures before shipping and L/C.
4. Q: What's your shipping method?
A: By sea/ air: DDU are available to get to the port or door to door.
By Express: Fedex, DHL and TNT are available.
5. Q: Will aluminum or glass break during transportation?
A: All materials will be packed professionally, especially glass, and will be packed in custom wooden cases. In addition, we usually provide customers with some spare materials for free, especially glass.
