Reliable safety solution for LPG Plant
A totally mechanical (no electricity required), highly accurate shut-off valve & earthquake-actuated sensor which shuts off gas supplies in emergency. The sensor consists of two different elements (steel ball element & heavy bob element) in order to prevent the system from shutting down the gas supply in response to typical daily life vibrations. That is, the device works to shut down the gas only when both of the two elements fall down to activate the sensor, which will happen in response to seismic vibration measured over a predetermined acceleration, but will not be the case for daily life vibration.

For an air-actuated model (CV shut-off valve and CP-400B sensor), the impulse line is required to activate the system with the compressed air as a medium - when installed on the impulse line the earthquake-actuated sensor, the fire-fusible valve, and the manual operated blow valve will shut off automatically at the very beginning of the supply line when a fire and/or earthquake emergency occurs, and/or manually when requires to prevent second disaster. This system could be linked with the existing emergency shut off valve too.
