LED Error Indication:

1. Red light flashing two times with two “beeps”, it means the card is belong to other doors. Or when using the staff card-→opening times to open the lock and the times has already been used up, the red light will flash two times also. 
2. Red light flashing three times with three “beeps”, it means the card time is not match with the lock time. 
3. Red light flashing four times with four “beeps”, it means the lock haven’t been authorized. 
4. Red light flashing five times with five “beeps”, it means the card has been suspended. 
5. Red light flashing six times with six “beeps”, it means the lock is deadbolt working. 
6. Red light flashing seven times with seven “beeps”, it means the lock was been blocked by the block card. In this case, only master card can open the lock. 
7. Red light flashing eight times with eight “beeps”, it means the lock was authorized by the authorization card issued from another system. In this case, if you don’t know the code, you need to reauthorize the lock mandatorily.

Important Tips:

• Don't use deadbolt as door stopper, this will cause serious problem if deadbolt is damaged or bent.
• Make sure enough space is left for any part of the lock. It is extremely prohibited to hammer in the mortise or the screws. Use a knife, saw or file to fix the hole to make sure the mortise can go inside smoothly. Making sure the spindles or cylinder does not hit any wood.
• Make sure the hole for the latch is deep enought and no burr left inside, when the latch hit the wood or burr, continuous alarming will be activated.
• Adjust and fix the cylinder properly for emergency use.
• Be careful with the cable during installation. Any cable breaking will result in malfunction.
• The deadbolt knob shuold be upright not horizontal.

3.Are your product as good as European products such as Vingcard, Onity?
European products have a long history, they are quite good products and Chinese products are more or less the copy of their products, But in recent years, the quality difference between Chinese and European products get smaller and smaller while the price difference remain big. Usually European products price are 2-5 times more expensive then our products. Moreover, most European brand are completely or partially made in China now. Onity is completely made in China and the factory is only 5kms aways from our factory.

4.We have seen such products in China, they are much cheaper than the price you quoted.
It is true that there are a lot of cheaper products from China especially those were sold in hotel products market. Despite the quality difference, hotel locks are not a product you can sell in shops, it need quite a lot technical support since it involves mechanism, electronics, software, carpentry etc., it will be a disaster to get such products directly from China without any support and service, which is also one of the most important reason why we come here.
