A.800 Dismantling machine( To dismantle the electronic components circuit board into nude board and reycle the tin)

B. 8m belt conveyor( To convey the nude board to hook type crusher for further proces.)

D. 6m belt conveyor( To convey the crushed small pieces into hammer crusher )

E. Hammer crusher( To crush the small pieces into 20 mesh powder)

F. Analyzer( Too choose the crushed material by air separation, and at the meantime collect dust fiber. The resin and copper powder will enter into the vibration sizing screen by bucket elevator)

G. Vibration sizing screen( To screen the qualified powder into electrostatic separator. The large sized powder will return back to the hammer crusher to crush again.)

H. Electrostatic separator( To separate the metal material and non-metal material out. The separation rate can be reached to 99%.)

I. Material gather( To discharge  the collected fiber.)

J. Pulsed jet cloth filter( To collect the dust and fiber which generated during processing. It is environmental friendly and no harm to the workers.)

Working principle of waste pcb recycling equipment
1. Shredder machine:make the big pats of pcb board into small pieces.
2. Crusher:crushing the small partical into mixture powder of metal and resin.
3. Grinding machine: let the small board to powder
4. Pulse dust catcher:collect the waste dust ,make sure no are pollution.
5. Electrostatic separator:Most of final profuct will be out by those two outlets,one for metal and another for resin powder.
