Product Description

Our cable wires recycling machine are mainly used to recycle all kinds of waste cable wires, the raw materials will be separated into tiny copper rice and PVC, the applicable range of the wires diameter from 0.3 mm to 20 mm, such as waste communication cables, car cables, computer cables, telephone cables, home appliances wires and such these no oil pollution cables.

It mainly used for processing automobile electrical route, car bottom lines, motorcycle electric line, computer case line and communication cable, etc.

Working Process

The first shredding machine is used to break material into 3-5 cm length, then after the second crushing machine granulate, the plastic and copper is separated by the high precision air separator, the plastic again through the electrostatic separator separation, to make sure that the copper recovery rate. This production line structure is novel, unique, large quantity, and less consumption, and own the high separation rate, once feeding, multimachine collaboration such these features. This plant all controlled by PLC,which is leading level in the domestic. The successful development of the machine solve the problems of the arising from the burning method for cables, and can improve the quality of the recovery of copper, and plastic can be recycled, at the same time solve the environment pollution.

1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?

We have our own factory, welcome to visit us and test our machine.

2. How do you assistant to install the machine on worksite?

For single machine,we will provide foundation drawing for simple installation; For large machine and plant, we  provide necessary documents for installing preparation and send engineer to assistant install if necessary.

3. May I mark my logo on machine and change color of machine?

No problem, even OEM project is acceptable.

4. When I arrive China, may I see and test machines?

Welcome anytime! Please contact us for preparing materials or use your own materials.

5. Where is your factory?   
Our factory is located in Gong Yi city and we have sales office in Zheng Zhou city at the same time. It takes about 2 hours from Xin Zheng international airport to our factory and half an hour from the airport to our office.

6. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is life, customer satisfaction is our pursuit. We keep strictly requirements about the quality with using X-Ray to test every section of the products, so we win customer reputation both at home and board.

7. What about your quality warranty? What you will do if there is some wrong with my machine in this period?

Our products have 12 months quality warranty. We will send wear parts freely and dispatch our engineer to your country to repair it if need.
