The vibration feeder comprises a lifting ring, rear spring seat, rib plate, bottom lining plate, discharging end, vibrator, grate, and other components.  It has a logical design, less wearing parts, and the whole machine failure rate is low strong processing capacity.

The motor rotates the eccentric block of the shaker at high speed through the triangular belt. The running eccentric block produces a great centrifugal force. Stimulate the screen box to produce circular motion of a certain amplitude. The material on the sieve is affected by impulse from the screen box on an oblique screen surface. And that products a continuous throwing motion. In The process of material and screen surface encounter, particles smaller than the sieve hole filter through .so they reach grading.
