JA-X Simple Lift "Raku-Raku Lift-Kun”
JA-3AX / 3BX / 3CX, JA-4AX / 4BX / 4CX
Raku-Raku Lift-Kun" is a simple lift that can be divided and assembled.
It can be easily carried by dividing it into a ladder, a winch and a bed.
A cargo bed
The back plate reverses at the upper limit, so you can take in cargo from behind.
B cargo bed
This is a special cargo bed for board-shaped cargo. The back plate reverses at the upper limit to allow loading from behind.
C loading platform
This is a pallet-type loading platform. When used in conjunction with a carrier, it can be transferred without transshipping.
Lengths longer than 4 m can be handled.
Safety devices
Upper limit switch
The upper limit switch prevents overloading of the cargo bed.
Reverse winding limit switch
This switch prevents the wire rope from being wound backwards (i.e., the winding up and winding down are reversed and the brake does not work).
Ladders longer than 4m are also available, so please consult us.
If the length of the ladder exceeds 4m, it will be divided into sections.
If the ladder is more than 4m in length, it will be divided into sections, and if the ladder is to be used vertically, it must be fixed in one place in the middle.
If the length of the ladder exceeds 5 m, the following procedure is required.
Add a lower pillar.
Change the operation cord to 10m.
Option
Lower limit switch
The winch will automatically stop at the lower limit.
It is necessary to modify the winch, so please contact us if you want to add it after purchase.
