Applications of Food Dehydrator:

The food fruit dehydrator is suitable for heating and solidificating, drying and dehydrating of raw materials in foodstuff industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry and heavy industry such as dehydrated fish,turmeric,vegetables, mushroom,dried fruit and melons, sausage, meat, etc.

Explanation of Industrial Fruit Food Dehydrator

1. Heat source can be steam, heat conductive oil, electricity or far infrared. Customers can choose according to their real practical conditions.

2. Steam heating: 140℃~150℃.

3. Electric heating or far infrared: 350℃.

4. There are automatic and computer control system for customers to choose.

5. Normal steam pressure: 0.2-0.8Mpa.

6. Power for electricity heat source will be 15kw calculated as Model I. Practical power to be used will be 5-8kw/h

7. Any special requirement or non-standard ovens please indicate it when order. If you have demand for operating temperature is higher than 140℃ or lower than 60℃, please indicate it when order.

8. Drying trollies and trays are standard size and can be exchanged for usage.

9. Size of drying trays: 460*640*45mm

10. Each drying trollies standard for putting trays 24 pieces.
