PLATFORM TYPE DAVIT

The platform davit is a special equipment for lowering and recovering boat with winch,which is installed on the platform.
The davit conforms to the requirements to SOLAS 1996,IMO Resolution MSC81(70) and MSC.216(82),MSC.218(82) and MSC.226(82)
Lowering of boat is depending on it's own gravity with no need of any other power.
The boat is turned out and lowered by means of remote control.
A permanently mounted motor on the winch is used for hoisting the lifeboat back to the stowed position.

Marine Platform davit is a freestanding deck mounted davit ,installed on offshore platform,which lowers lifeboat and rescue boat by the help of its own weight, The life boat is lowered without stopping ,as turning out and lowering of the SOLAS platform davit is a continuous motion . The boat is turned out and lowered by means of remote contrl.

Platform Type Lifeboat Davit mainly used for lifting and lowering rescue boat and also for lowering life raft , it can acted as crane based on client's requirement. This equipment adopts hydraulic force rotation type , platform davit is installed on offshore platform, which is lowering lifeboat and rescue boat depending on boat self weight, and recovering the lifeboat and rescue boat using electric boat winch.

Make the lifeboat beyond shipboard and to pull the steel wire so that the winch hammer can control boat / raft landing and stop. Likewise , crew can operate it on the platform . The winch adoptsmotor-driving gear box reduction organism and with centrifugal speed limit and manual brake function .

Its structure is simple and performance is stable and reliable.
