Product overview, structure and characteristics
The main flow-passage sections of the heat-preservation asphalt pump all made of carbon steel with heating spacer bushing have hollow interlayers; heating of delivered liquids and the pump, heat preservation and other functions can be realized with steam, hot water and heat transfer oil, etc. When high viscosity liquids are transported, reducer, adjustable-speed motor, belt pulley and other transmission patterns should be used to reduce the pump’s rotation speed.
Application scope and main purposes
This all-carbon-steel heat-preservation asphalt pump is available in 2 types of materials: HT200 (type I material) is applicable to transport of mediums below 200℃ and Q235 (type II material) is applicable to transport of non-corrosive mediums containing no solid particle, such as heavy oil/asphalt, and other concretionary mediums, as well as scenarios requiring heat preservation in outdoor installation and process in alpine regions.
