• Screw barrel:adopt the new steel No.3 GH113(same with the American GDA material),which able to bear the high temperature and corrosion.
• Crosshead: adopt the new steel material No.3 GH113 special-purpose auto crosshead and adjusting crosshead.
• Heating system: heat resisting copper alloy heater.
• Quality control: provides outer diameter detection feedback device to control product outside diameter and concentricity.
• Electrical control:inverter with touch screen.
