Our OEM and ODM process:
1. Sample Developing: send your designs, instructions, requirements or choose styles from our on-line showroom or contact us for new styles then give your comments. We will check and give you an estimate, which will include the MOQ and unit price. The price is based on the complexity of the design, material, packing method and quantity.
2. Make Samples: sample usually takes 5-7days depending on the complexity of the design and material availability. We will provide material swatch for color selection with sample sending. Once you receive the samples, you can either approve the samples or instruct us to make necessary revisions.
3. Production: after you have approved the sample, production will begin. Production lead time varies depending on the complexity and quantity ordered but it usually takes 15days. A pre-production meeting will be hold among the QC team and production team. Once start production, our QC will do on-line inspection and inspect the products before packing.
4. Shipping: Once the products pass the inspection, we wait for your shipping instruction. It is advisable to plan to be sure the goods arrives on time. For vessel shipping, the near port is Guangzhou/Shenzhen.

A: If you need samples for testing first, please tell us the details of your requirement, we'll make them as soon as possible and ship them.

A: It depends on the weight , package size & your address. Normally, we deliver them by DHL(3-5 working days) /UPS(5-7 working days)/ FEDEX(6-8 working days)/EMS(7-15 working days)
4. Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: Normally , MOQ: 500 pieces, it changes depends on different products.
