1. When can I get the quotation ?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
When you confirm the colors and size ,We can free send color chart and samples for you test the first time.

3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ about 200kg is 3-7days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

5. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. Payment for product in stock is 30% in advance and the rest to be fulfilled before shipment. Payment for product in stock is 100% in advance before mass production.

6.What's the MOQ?
The MOQ is 200-250kg for each product.

7.How can I place an order ?
Just tell us which product do you prefer and the quantity you need ,then we will sent a PI to you to confirm

8.Can I custom it ?
Of course! we are the manufacturer who have rich experience in production and design, welcome to custom by yourself !

9. When can I get the product after place an order ?
Once we receipt of 30% deposit , We will produce them with the fastest speed and send the delivery.

10. How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 3-7 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are customized, which is according to the specific quantity.

11.Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

Yes, we could offer the samples ( ≤3)of 5 meters in stock for free, while the samples need to be customized will be charged accordingly. All the freight will be paid at destination.
