ShangRong: Yes. OEM or ODM is available. Emboss logo is most popular. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4: What about the lead time?
ShangRong: (1) For standard product, our lead time for sample is 1~3 days and for mass production is 5~7 days.
(2)For customized product, our lead time for sample is 5~7 days and for mass production is 15~45 days. (It depends on the quantity.)
Q5:Do you have MOQ limit for Silicone products order?
ShangRong: For most of our products, MOQ is 500pcs, In order to serve our customers better, we accept small orders for customers to test the market.
Q6: How do you ship the Silicone products and how long does it take to arrive?
ShangRong: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
ShangRong: (1) Our Silicone products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
(2) During the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
