The instrument is a precision double-skip bucket rain gauge, core components dump bucket using a three-dimensional streamlined design, so that the dump bucket more smooth, and easy to clean.
The instrument has been dumping the dump angle adjustment, locked in the best position on the tilt, the installation of the instrument only need to install the dump according to this manual and adjust the level of the base can be put into use, and can not adjust the dump tip angle adjustment screw.

4 installation and adjustment
1, check out the box
(1) Carefully read the product manual, check the packing list inventory equipment accessories are complete.
(2) Check whether the appearance of the instrument is damaged or not. Pay special attention to prevent the tip of the tipping bucket shaft and the water guiding tip at both ends of the tipping bucket from being touched, and do not touch the inner wall of the tipping bucket with the finger to stain the tipping bucket.
2, production and installation of cement Taiwan
Outdoor ground or roof installation, you should first make cement bench. The height of the cement platform exposed to the ground plane 22cm, size: 40cm long × 40cm wide, the plane on the plane. When installing on the ground, the height of the rain-bearing opening should be 70cm from the ground plane.
3, the installation of fixed equipment, adjust the level of bearing rain
First on the cement stage hit three diameter φ12mm deep 8 ~ 10cm mounting hole, mounting hole located on the circumference of Φ240mm 120o equal points, the expansion bolts placed in the mounting hole, the instrument base is mounted on three expansion bolts, After checking the level of the bearing rain gauge with the level ruler, lock the three legs with the lock nut, and then take off the outer tube of the instrument for spare use.
4, install the transmission signal line
Lead the signal transmission cable from the equipment room to the cement platform through the protective tube and connect it with the output terminal through the cable hole of the base.
5 install dump
(1) Remove a tip support for the tipper. Refer to Figure 1 to identify the Tip Tip Support. Lightly lift a shaft-supported handle and rotate it 90 degrees. Pull the tip support gently out of the holder mounting hole to prepare for use.
(2) Tipping the bucket with one hand so that the bucket will be placed in the center of the bracket. The two magnets on the bucket will face the reed pipe. Gently insert the tip of the bucket into the jewel bearing hole and with the other hand The removed shaft support is inserted into the bracket mounting hole until the shaft tip enters the jewel bearing hole, and then the handle of the shaft support is rotated 90 degrees downward to complete the tipping bucket. The installed dump should be able to rotate freely.
Note: Make sure the tipper shaft is always horizontal when doing this operation to avoid bending the tip!
6 install drainage funnel
Contrast Figure 2 to identify the drainage funnel, the two drainage funnel installed in the base mounting holes, and a little hard pressed down.
7 adjust the bracket level, install the outer tube
When the three dome nuts N1, N2, and N3 are kept in the unlocked state, the height of the adjusting nuts M1, M2 and M3 are respectively adjusted so that the bubbles in the horizontal bubble are centered and the dome nuts N1 and N2 are locked , N3, once again observe the level bubble in the middle. Then install the instrument stainless steel outer cylinder, and lock the outer cylinder locking screw, the instrument can be put into use.
