ER5356 is a about 5% Magnesium Aluminum filler metal which has high strength, high corrosion resistance, and matches the color well with the parent metal after anodizing, recommended for welding casting and forging AL-Mg alloys with maximum 5% Magnesium and parts of wrought alloys of 5000 series,6000series,7000 series, as 5050, 5052, 5083, 5456, 6005A, 6061, 6063, 6082, 7005 ect.
ER4043 is a 5% silicon aluminum filler metal which has excellent flowability and penetration characteristics, recommended for welding aluminum alloys with maximum 2% alloys elements and for aluminum alloys containing up to 7% of Si, as 2014,3003,3004,5052.6060,6061,6063,6101 and so on.
ER4047 is the eutectic aluminum silicon alloy welding wire with about12% Si element. Suitable for Al-Si, Al-Si-Mg, Al Si mg Cu wrought aluminum and aluminum (7%Si) argon arc welding. Low melting point and good fluidity.
ER5183 is a 4.5% ,magnesium aluminum filler metal which has high strength, excellent seawater corrosion resistance, and high fracture toughness, recommended for welding the construction of parts of 5000series ,6000series, 7000 series alloys, as 5083,6061,6063,5086,7005,7020 etc.
