ER collets chuck of MT Type
1.Material of ER spring collet: SUJ2, high carbon bearing steel, after heated have high hardness and toughness, better wear-resisting and longer life.
2.Clamping Range: ER8/11 is 0.5mm, ER16/20/25/32/40 is 1mm, hole diameter below 2.5mm is 0.5mm.
3.Precision: General class is 0.015mm, A class is 0.008mm, UP class is 0.005mm.
4.Suggestion in using er spring collet: UP class matched with HSP nut, better stability.
5.Clamping Tools: Drill, end mill, reamer, etc.
6.Feature: spring and shrink, wide applied range and changable.
7. Hardness is HRC46°, taper is 8°, surface roughness is within RZ2.5.
8. Other collet : Power milling collet C20/25/32/42, OZ spring collet OZ25,etc.
9.Other cnc tools: Carbide end mill, carbide inserts, carbide rod, tool holder, chuck, drill chuck, reamer, drill, nut, wrench, etc.
