 5. Special material requirement available: High (300C + ) or low ( -70C ) temperature     resistance, ozone resistance , Food Grade /LFGB compliance, NSF /KTW/ WRAS approval, UL approval, conductive, peroxide cured, etc 

6.The SPEC. of the material per ASTM D2000  SAE J200 or the special requirement. Engineers With rich professional experience, can develop different requirements of raw material formula, such as self-lubrication, high and low temperature resistance etc.

8.Delivery: 2-3 weeks generally. Shorter leadtime can be offered upon request. 35 sets molding machine produce parts to meet the need with larger capacity.

9.PPAP Ⅲ , Control Plan etc documents are available for automotive industry. 

Inspection machine: 100% sorting machine, Shore A and LX-A hardness tester, Tensile strength and elongation tester, Rhyometer etc.

10.Inspection method: Normally, it is AQL=1.0. For automotive parts, we can offer C=0 standard  AQL=0.15 or tighter.
