Single well gas injection device is designed and manufactured on the basis of our in-depth knowledge and many years of combined experience in the field of gas injection, it aims at providing high reliability and maximizing cost-effectiveness. The orifice plate flow meter is combined with electric control valve, pressure gauge, pressure transmitter onto one skid. Through the wireless flow controller, the gas injection device is capable of accomplishing data acquisition and signal processing of pressure and flow rate at actual working status. Relying on the wireless transmission system, the device can achieve intelligent remote control function.

• Utilizing single-phase meter, flow parameters of multiphase fluids can be accurately modulated through in-line temperature compensation and pressure compensation, thus improving the metering accuracy;
• Control panel is configured with metering control system and communication equipment, providing the functions of on-site or remote operation and monitoring; The metering control system has MODBUS 232/485 interface and RJ45 interface, the data transmission is implemented in accordance with MODBUS 485 protocol and MODEBUS TCP/IP protocol; Wireless communication technology is adopted in central control system at oilfield operation area to achieve remote metering control and remote monitoring;
