ENUO EAD-5000S small tack coat asphalt bitumen emulsion sprayer truck is a special machine for construction on asphalt pavement which can be used for transportation and spraying of high temperature liquid asphalt or emulsified asphalt. Our standard asphalt distributor consists of Dongfeng brand(optional) chassis, special asphalt tank and heat system, powertrain system, lifting and washing device for spraying bar, control system, asphalt spraying system, which is compact, convenient, reliable and stable. It’s suitable for construction and maintenance of the pavement.
Working Principle
The asphalt tank is heat insulated with aluminum silicate, which is of good thermal insulation a property so that it doesn’t need to heat up in general. Meanwhile, it’s equipped with high efficient burner to avoid cooling of the asphalt which could influence the construction quality. In construction, asphalt is pumped out and sprayed on pavement. Asphalt pump is powered by hydraulic motor, which is adjusted by proportional valve to control the rotating speed and spraying volume. All parts of asphalt pump and pipeline are connected to high pressure air and diesel washing device for cleaning after construction to avoid asphalt blocking.
