Q1:Where is your factory?

Our factory locates in Nanfeng County, Fuzhou, center of China, one hour high speed railway from Nanchang. We are manufacturer on fire rated doors, wood door and metal door.

Q2: How can we control the quality before we get the goods?

All products under ISO9001:2015 system. A reliable quality inspection team tests the products in each process, from material purchase to package, we can show you video or pictures during the inspection.After shipping, we can give you quality guarantee.

Q3. MOQ

Normally one 20 feet container(160-180sets); if just test our quality before mass order placed, then the minimum qtys is 10sets.

Q4: How to order(payment term;shipping;Delivery time)?

A: Payment Term: T/T; L/C, CASH, PAYPAL 

Shipping: express for sample,sea shipment for bulk order. 

Delivery time: About 20-35days.First we need know your specific door request and specs, then we issue the related solutions to meet your requirements. After that, we make the invoice and drawings for your approval. Once you approve the both, 50% deposit will be arranged and the production is started; after the order is finished, we take video or pictures to you, or you dispatch inspector here, then collect the balance before shipping.

Q5:Do u have stock?

we stock American standard hollow metal door & frames as procedure in factory. When your order is special and need customerized , we need arrange that specially, just like project schedule, most of them need customerized by specific size, color, lock type, materials, etc. So, we can pick up wholesaler order or end user project order both.
