Q3: What is the delivery time?

Q5: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory, one is located in Baiyun district, Guagnzhou, Guagndong; The other is located in Xingning District, Naning,
Guangxi. You can fly to the nearest airport directly, and then we will pick you up.
Q6: How about the import tax?
A: We do not be responsible for your country's customs duty or import tax. The customs usually collect the import tax according to
the value of the machine, we will only declare the machine's value on the shipping invoice; Machine value is the value which don't
include shipping cost, not the full amount you paid for the order.
Q7: How fast I can get my orders when the order send out?
A: The Direct-sale order most of countries will be sent by air express, usually takes 7-15 days for arrival; but Russia and other
remote countries or areas usually take 20-30 days; The Wholesale order will be send by sea, usually take 25-45 days for arrival.
Q8: What is your Warranty?
A: 1. if there were quality issue confirm by us in one year after the invoice date, then we will provide the spare parts free, and
international freight cost will also be prepaid;
2. if out of one year and in two years after the invoice date , we will provide the spare parts free, but customer need pay for
the international freight cost.
