Application Of Reflective Tape

A.The application ofReflective tape is to help your truck, caravan, vehicle visible at night or fog, whichmakes sure others could see you clearly so as to avoid of traffic accident and then make you a better and happy life in a continuously moving world.
B.Silk screen printing customized logo or promotional words on the surface is accepted.
Tips on Usage Methods
1. Apply material between 15 and 38 to ensure proper adhesive bonding
2. Use a clean towel and surface cleaner before application
3. Apply tape to flat, clean ,dry ,way-free, non-corroded and weather resistant surfaces
4. Use a new towel to dry the surface
5. Measure the required length of tape
6. Peel back a section of the release liner and fold back on itself
7. Use a squeegee and ensure firm overlapping strokes
8. Continue down the side of the vehicle removing the liner as you go
9. Use a blade or hollow punch to cut around rivets and between joints of body panels
10. Yellow( UK preference) and white tape can be applied to the sides
11. Red(UK preference) and yellow tape can be applied to the rear

1.What is ECE104?
ECE104 is a new mandatory conspicuity marking legislation that comes into force on 10th July 2011.
2.Does this apply to my vehicles?
This regulation applies to any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 7.5tonnes which is first used on or after 10th July 2011 OR a trailer with a gross vehicle weight exceeding 3.5tonnes manufactured on or after 10th July 2011.
3.Marking Requirements
Conspicuity marking requires a full contour marking on the vehicles rear, and a partial contour marking on the sides to outline the shape of the vehicle.
