[Feature] : The E830-DIO(ETH-2A) is a data acquisition module with 8 channel digitally isolated inputs and 8 channel digitally isolated outputs (NPN transistor open collector outputs), using RS485 level communication. The module has a touch of a button, long press 5s to easily restore the factory configuration parameters; the software has a watchdog security design.

A3: For regular order it takes about 3-6 days for production, for mass order or customized order it may need 15-30 days.

A4: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you. 100% in advance for sample order, 50% deposit and 50% balance for mass order.

Q6. How can we know the product quality?
A6: We suggest you to order a sample. Also, you can send us email for detail photos for checking if you cannot get enough information in the product page.
Q7. How can we get samples from you ?
A7.Samples are available. Normally we take 2 days to arrange samples. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge boot samples cost and post courier freight.
Q8.Can your module be connected with Arduino board? Can you provide Sample code?
A8: We don’t know the model of your Arduino, so we don’t sure if our module can be connected with it. Please be sure of the power supply when you connect your Arduino board with our module, 3.3V is ok. But for 5V, you need to add 4-10k pull-up resistor for the TXD&AUX pin. Sorry we don’t have the sample code to offer.

A9: Yes, our module can be connected with Raspberry Pi.
