We provide professional dropshipping fulfillment services including sourcing, purchasing, inspection, consolidation, branding, customization, repacking and blind delivery. We aim at the long-term partnership with our clients by offering easy communication, transparent pricing and the shortest processing period. Besides dropshipping from China, we are also working with overseas warehouses with pick and pack services and free warehousing (90 days) as a upgraded solution to the experienced dropshippers.

Store Integration | Shopify suggested apps will be used to get connected to your store. Compatible to varies platforms such as woocommerce,bigcommerce, etsy, lazada, etc. |
Quality Control | No matter a sample or a container, we will ensure the goods in good status and functional. -Sample Inspection: Collect samples on behalf of our clients, report with photos or check together with the clients via a video talk. -On-Site Inspection: Go to the supplier to check the goods according to AQL standard. Inspection report is provided in 24 hours. |
Consolidation | The best solution to combine the orders of varies suppliers into one shipment. Sample Consolidation: No need to pay for 10 DHL parcels from 10 suppliers. We will send you 1 parcel with all of them. Bulk Consolidation: We will stock your goods, repack when needed, find the best forwarder with the cheap rate and good service. |

Fulfillment-Blind Dropship | We require one day fulfillment from the order placed. Usually blind dropshipping can be chosen: No Chinese stuffs in the parcel and no Chinese shown on the tracking details. As normal, it takes 5-15 working days to the main destinations when shipping from China. |
After-sale Services | We keep checking the tracking numbers of the parcels. The clients will be informed once there’s any stuck during the delivery. It means the buyers can be informed and get the solution before they found the problem. They will not getting angry or complaint. |
To start
Tip 1 - Hot product: Everyone ask for it but seldom can work with it. We also have hot categories, but most of our best clients work on the products with fit the below: non-seasonal, less skus, less volume weight, easily branded, with bundle or cross sales.
If you are EXPERIENCED：Provide your product links or photos, we will source and quote with the all included prices with the cost breakdown list. We offer varies options with the delivery lines, or with 3PL services from overseas warehouses, to meet your demand on either the lowest cost, or better performance on Facebook or Paypal.
Tip 2 - When a new store started, fast delivery is more important than the higher margin.
Procedures
Period 1 - Buying products from the factories: 1-4 working days when there's stocks from the factory. Depends on the factory location. --We will always choose the closed supplier to get the products earlier. --A tracking number can be traced with the date of delivery, in Chinese. --Need to confirm earlier if there's stocks in the market, especially at the busy season. |
Period 2 - Fulfill in our warehouse: Normally 1 working day, except: -- Need to customize or personalize the product, package; --Need to consolidate with other products or repack. |
Period 3 - Sending to the forwarder's warehouse: 1 days arrival as normal. |
Period 4- Sending from the forwarder's warehouse to the final buyer: --The parcel received and scanned by the forwarder;--Passed the custom and get into the flight; --Arrived the destination airport and clear the custom; --Tran-shipped to the local post system; --Scanned and attempt to deliver by the local post; --Delivered |
Resend & Refund
1) Wrong products, broken products, defective products; 2) No updated information for 30 days from the tracking number applied; 3) Returned from China custom or forwarder's warehouse; 4) Delivered to a wrong address that is different as the buyer provided. |
1) The buyer provided a wrong address; 2) The buyer doesn't need the product; 3) Parcel shown delivered but the buyer didn't get it; 4) Non-delivery as the postman can't reach the buyer by phone and nobody in home; 5) The buyer refuses to pick up the parcel when: a. non-contact delivery provided by the local post; b. delivery failed since the buyer can't be reached in home or by phone. |
When there's a wrong/broken/defective product received, the forwarder requires the "PROOF" below to refund the freight: 1) The photo of the product; 2) The delivery note on the package with the tracking number shown; 3) The product and the tracking needs to be in the same photo clearly; 4) The screenshot of your store shown the money had been refund to the buyer. |
Never return when you dropship from China. Due to the high tariff and the tax, no parcels will be accepted even it returned from the buyer. The returning will always be a waste. Even we refund the parcel, the parcel is suggested to donate to any others need it, if the buyer don't want to keep it. |
